We are looking for an exceptional Data Entry Clerk for one of our clients located in Fairfield, CA. This is a full time, direct hire position managing, gathering, preparing, and organizing local resource information for training and education purposes. 

Primary Responsibilities Include

- Administering accurate data input of all required documentation

- Managing attendee registration documentation and information

- Collecting and managing all required program forms

- Coordinate services and programs as needed

- Other duties as assigned


- Ability to pass Federal level background investigation

- Some college coursework completed or Associate' s Degree

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- 2+ years of prior administrative and data entry experience

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


- Knowledge and understanding of military and government processes and procedures is desired

- Experience with government assistance programs desired

- Experience working with diverse groups desired
