Healthcare Recruiter - Revenue Cycle Management

As a Healthcare Recruiter you will play an essential role in delivering best-in-class talent to support our company teams, client needs and achieve our growth goals. Role functions include, but not limited to, applicant targeting, sourcing, screening, qualifying, presenting, and pipelining for current or future company needs.

Accountabilities:
  • Create a talent pipeline that will help support company functions.
  • Provide administrative/operational support throughout the recruitment and on-boarding lifecycle in accordance with the recruiting guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements for the applicable region and business.
  • To process and coordinate recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of the Recruiting Manager
  • Source and interview candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, and internal database, etc.
  • Participate in operation calls to provide status updates on open positions and candidates in progress.
  • Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or the Recruiting Team.
  • Send interview information to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Helps coordinate offer letters, background/reference check process, security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities among Hiring Managers and Recruiters.
  • Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents.
  • Support gathering of all data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications to prepare record for submission to Hiring Managers and Recruiters
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Meet or exceed sourcing activity goals.

Ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment/human resources job related experience
  • Experience working in healthcare required, experience hiring for clinical appeals and healthcare coding professionals (Facility and Profee) is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Bullhorn
  • Excellent activity and data tracking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience proactively source candidates by phone, database, online resources, and networking channels.
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment interacting with all levels of management.
  • Microsoft Office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
