ACCOUNT MANAGER – MANAGED RESOURCES
Full Time, Remtoe

Purpose
Managed Resources, Inc. is a boutique revenue cycle company that helps our clients in navigating the complex world of healthcare revenue cycle, compliance, and reimbursement. The primary focus of an Account Manager is to build key relationships with both hospital and medical group leaders to further develop both existing and new client sales. This position will be responsible for both developing and executing a defined sales strategy.

 

What we need

An Account Manager for our CodingAid sales team. You will work closely with new prospects and hospital and medical group leaders to educate them on Managed Resources service and solutions offerings and help them grow and retain their business revenue through the addition of our service solutions. Your territory is expansive across the US, providing you with volume sales opportunities.

 

Your Area of Focus
  • Plan and execute targeted new client development sales activities including client discovery calls.
  • Exceed quota every month by mastering our value proposition and sales process
  • Manage sales pipeline, building relationships with key healthcare leaders to propose, close and manage client projects
  • Work cross functionally throughout the organization to ensure a best-in-class experience throughout the customer life cycle (from first phone call through sending and signing contracts)
  • Leverage our strong presence at company sponsored events and trade shows, both virtually and in person; 20% travel may be necessary to develop critical new relationships via tradeshows once travel is opened

 

Your Professional Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full cycle selling experience, ideally at a medical marketplace company
  • You can describe how you identify prospects, build relationships and close deals
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with direct business to business deal closing
  • You can describe how you personally drive and focus to support our customers in healthcare
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large task lists without losing sight of any important items like relationship building, follow-ups, and project management tasks
  • Plus- Worked in or sold services to the healthcare industry
  • Plus- Experience selling consulting or staffing related services
  • Plus- Successfully closed service contracts into the healthcare industry market
